Shipping policy

We ship items within 3-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed. However, we will try our best to ship your order as early as possible. 

This does not apply to preorders and/or situations outside of our control such as natural disasters and handler delays.


Shipping Rates and Estimates within the United States

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, shipping may take up to 14 days to arrive depending on the carrier you select. 

 

International Shipping

At this moment, we only offer international shipping to Canada upon request. Please kindly email hello@becebecloth.com if you'd like us to ship your products to Canada.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BeCeBe Cloth is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. BeCeBe Cloth is not responsible for lost packages or shipping delays due to carriers. 

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to track your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Products will be shipped to the address provided. It is the customer's responsibility to verify all information is entered correctly when an order is placed. BeCeBe Cloth is not responsible for delivery issues if address was entered incorrectly. 

If the item is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fee for packages to be sent to the correct address. 

BeCeBe Cloth is not liable for any lost packages or damage to packages during transit. Once a package is marked delivered, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier they chose when order was placed to file a dispute. 

 

Can I cancel my order? 

Once an order is completed and order confirmation has been sent via email, the order cannot be canceled. 

 

Can I combine shipping on multiple orders? 

Multiple orders cannot be combined after orders are placed.
