Refund policy

Products

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds on cloth diapers and related accessories such as inserts, cloth wipes, wet bags, and blankets for any reason other than manufacturer defects. Manufacturer defects include damaged PUL, stitching, seams, elastics, snaps, or fabric. All returns including items with manufacturer defects must be new, unused, unwashed, stain and odor free, and in its original packaging. Please note, up to 10% - 15% shrinkage and wrinkling is expected of natural fiber upon (such as hemp, bamboo, cotton) upon first wash. BeCeBe Cloth also recognizes that product images may contain slight variation in photography due to lighting and other considerations. 

Other products are eligible for a refund to your original payment if items meet the following criteria:

(a) the return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery,

(b) the product is new, unused, unwashed, stain and odor free, and in its original packaging.

(c) it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for return postage. BeCeBe Cloth is not responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered packages. BeCeBe Cloth also reserves the right to make the final determination if a product meets the criteria for return after inspecting the product.

How to initiate a return 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@becebecloth.com. You will receive a return authorization number, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once BeCeBe Cloth receives the returned product and completed inspection on the product's return condition, a refund (minus cost of return postage) will be issued in its original form of payment. If your order was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from all returns. In other words, if your order was shipped with free shipping, the refund will be the price of the product at purchase minus the cost of the original shipping and return postage. 

Manufacturer defects and errors

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. All return requests including those of manufacturer defects and packaging errors must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. We will cover the shipping cost. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

You’ll be notified once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the return is approved, you’ll be refunded (minus the cost of shipping as described above) on your original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
